PRE-BOOKING
We recommend pre-booking in advance at our Goulburn hair salon as we can be fully booked out for up to 4 weeks at a time. We do offer the option to pre-book at the end of your service for the next appointment or the next few appointments if you prefer to be in advance.
Please keep in mind other clients may already be pre-booked ahead, we cannot guarantee exact dates and times needed. Please allow enough time for your service to be provided, we can let you know prior how long you will be in salon for.
CONFIRMATION
You will be sent a text message the day before your appointment to confirm or cancel which is a one word reply yes or no. If you have not replied by the end of the day and no contact has been received, your appointment will be cancelled automatically. This allows us enough time to fill your appointment without cancellation fees.
Our Goulburn hair salon has many other guests waiting for appointments, this way we have enough time to offer your appointment to another guest.
CANCELLATIONS
We do ask kindly if you could please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please don't wait until the day before if you know you need to cancel. Providing us with as much notice as possible allows us to avoid cancellation fees. Continuous cancelling or no shows will result in not being accepted to book future appointments in our Goulburn hair salon.
LATE
Please let us know if you are running late we may be able to move things around to make it work, if not any later then 15 minutes could result in your appointment altered to a shorter service or completely cancelled depending on the service required. We cannot guarantee results in shortened service time therefore this is to make sure each client is completely satisfied with their results and to avoid other clients waiting. We appreciate your understanding of our Goulburn hair salon policy.
SERVICES
Your feedback is important to us. If you have any questions, concerns or feedback about your service please let us know. If you are dissatisfied with your service please let us know before leaving the salon or within 24 hours, we may be able to help and come to a conclusion together. If you are continuously dissatisfied we can refuse future bookings in our Goulburn hair salon.
